Detlef Sarbok

Chief Executive Officer

Detlef Sarbok is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning pharmacy benefit management, healthcare analytics, and finance. As CEO of Mindia Health, he leads the company’s mission to deliver affordable, personalized telehealth treatments—spearheading strategy, operations, and compliance for the nationwide rollout of Mindia’s GLP-1 offering. 

Prior to Mindia, Detlef was the Co-Founder and CEO of HealthPlan Data Solutions (HDS), a pharmacy payment integrity firm that served self-insured employers, state and federal agencies, and managed care organizations. Under his leadership, HDS developed a proprietary analytics platform that helped clients reduce pharmacy costs and improve claims accuracy. He led the company for over 15 years before stepping down in August 2024. 

Detlef also brings international development experience, having served as VP of Finance at Green Coast Pacific, SRL, where he oversaw financial operations for a 2,000-acre master-planned community in Costa Rica and executed a successful private equity exit. He later co-founded Entrepregroup, SRL, a real estate and investment group focused on sustainable housing and healthcare infrastructure in Costa Rica and Panama. 

He holds an MMH in Finance from Cornell University and a BS in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder – Leeds School of Business.
