Andrew Therrien is the Co-Founder of Ascenda Sales Group, a wellness company centered on the patient experience—dedicated to delivering human-centered health solutions that balance innovation, care, and access. With over a decade of experience building high-performance teams and scalable go-to-market strategies, Andrew has become a trusted name in experiential marketing, field activation, and brand growth across retail and healthcare sectors. 

He also serves as Vice President of Business Development at Samplers, Inc., where he helped scale the company’s national footprint, supporting Fortune 500 clients and emerging brands alike through strategic field staffing and retail execution. Prior to his current role, he led business development at Samplers for nearly a decade, driving growth across major national retail programs. 

His leadership extends across the marketing and experiential space through active roles and ownership at Samplers, Inc sister companies Big Orange Productions, Eventmark LLC, and On the Rocks Models, where he has helped brands bring immersive experiences to life, along with high level retailer relationships. 

In 2020, Andrew launched Brand Management Partners, a consulting firm created in response to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, helping brands navigate distribution, sourcing, and strategic pivots in uncertain markets. He supported UNFI a Fortune 500 company in strategic sourcing as a consultant for difficult to source products during the pandemic in the medical and CPG space. 

Passionate about pediatric wellness, Andrew serves on the Board of Governors at Bradley Hospital, the nation’s first psychiatric hospital for children and part of the Brown University health system.
